So I haven’t heard from my really special friend for a while…maybe he’s dead.
Wish I knew.
Especially about the dead part.
Perhaps I should call a family member?
No, that would be highly traumatic for them if he just passed.
Maybe call one of his buddys?
Nah, Not cool, they may ask me to come out for drinks+… in his “name”
(dead or alive).
What about about calling work?
Scratch that. Layed off.
They wouldn’t know if he was laid to rest until approximately April/May.
Drop by one of his hangouts?
Surely they’d have a big pic of him hanging behind the bar.
(the picture would be hanging behind the bar, not a picture of him “hangin” behind the bar.)
A shrine growing steadily on the pool table.
That would be a huge tip off that he’d kicked the bucket.
Geez, I’m running out of options here.

Just let the dead dog lie. He obviously is also blind. Can't recognize a good woman when he sees one!
